Can’t believe I just found you!

So thankful I found you. We have a similar diagnosis. I was 37 when I was diagnosed with stage 3 rectal cancer (I’m now 56). Have had a colostomy since 2008. I appreciated the podcast on blockages as I have had four and sadly had surgery after the last. Didn’t know about cola helping and although I try not to drink soda, I will now keep it on hand. Thank you for what you do for this community! People need to know that there is beautiful life with an ostomy.

My Go To Podcast to feel uplifted

LeeAnne is doing a service to our population. Every single story uplifts me and inspires me. I listen to feel a sense of community, belonging, and to feel understood. I will admit that the stories sometimes bring up hard feelings as I have walked the same shoes as many of the other ostomates. Basically this podcast is therapy 😊. Thank you for this contribution to our small but mighty ostomy population!!
